G_Code sharing (newbie looking for a little help)

How about the g code for the following part cut from plastic.

I could tweak the code to get the size right if that is off on my machine.
(Table top CNC home built using 23 (size) motors.)

One other question.. My motors are new but have spring loaded end play.
Should I use a thrust washer type setup on my lead screws so the motor is not
carring the end play?
