T-Tech machine on E-Bay

Thought you might find this interesting.
there are two PCB etcing machines on E-Bay
A T-Tech unit looks complete, all the parts are included.
and it includes the software with the system.

The other is a PreciseCut unit.
This is the base only, does not include the drivers or cutting head.
this one says you need to get your own software.

I was surprised at the pcb on the second one. the large round pads
don't look so round.
Also, I have not heard of this unit before. Has anybody used them ?
