Looking for plans to make...or buy a six axis breakout board

I am looking for breakout board plans or simply to buy an
inexpensive one for six axes and maybe 4 or 5 digital i/o's the more
the merrier...but I realize there is only so much you can do with a
parallel port!

I will be hooking this up to my pc and using mach2 (hopefully)to
control a rotary draw mandral tube bending machine that I made.

This is the first CNC project I ever attempted, but I have tons of
experience in mech design/CAD/CAM/CNC Programming and general
metalforming and welding...and my dad is an electronics guru so he
can take care of the electronic stuff.
