WW Grainger has the racks you are looking for in their catalog.
the price for 4 foot sections are

$36.80 to $40.85 for .188" face width, 10.2 tpi
$40.85 for .500" face width, 5.2 tpi
$39.40 to $44.35 for .750" face width, 3.82 tpi
$49.45 to $53.05 for 1.00" face width, 3.18
...
...
$123.35 for 1.25" face width

The price for each face width varies due to overall thickness

They also have 6 foot sections and matching spur gears.

I'm not sure if these are good prices or not, I like them because
they are only a few miles from my home, and I get a discount from them
through work.
