Linux EMC, Stepper motors only move in one direction?

Thanks to users in this group, I was finally able to configure BDI
EMC. My current problem is all three of the stepper motors only move
in one direction (-) when I try to jog them. I've checked the all
three clock pins and the controller never receives any clocks when I
press the + key. The - key works for all three motors. Does anyone
have an idea? I played with the max/min polarity settings, but they
seem to be correct for the controller to work at all.
Thanks,
