Order of lathe/mill operations

A novice question; what order should be taken when cutting a spoked
wheel? In my novice state I would do it this way but not having a
lot of experience there could be a better way.
1) Center drill a circular piece and mount in lathe
2) Face and clean up ends using lathe
3) Lathe inner depressions
4) turn over and face the back (final cut to finished thickness)
5) Lathe backside inner depressions
6) move to mill
7) cut spokes out using endmills
8) cut center hole to near finished diameter
9) ream center hole to size
Does this sound about correct?
Thanks,
Ken
