Need suggestions for small XY cnc drilling

I've been browsing and seems that there is a large number of CNC
machines that is overkill for my needs and costs quite a bit.

My needs are very simple: to drill PCBs of size 4 x 4 inches at the
most.

Is there a DIY kit you can point me to? (even a basic XY table that
I can equip with Dremel tool and stepper motors would be great).
