Fanuc robots & motors

I have acquired a couple of Fanuc robots - they are about 10 years old and
came from a large (VERY large) automated tape retrieval library at an aero
engine factory in the UK.
Unfortunately, when taken out all the cables were cut and the 'fuse boxes'
scrapped ! Further investigation revealed that the 'fuse boxes' were in fact
the controllers. Having now dried my eyes and got rid of that sick filling
in the pit of my stomach ... I turn to the group as a possible source of
information.
In order to try and salvage and use some of the servo motors and encoders
for ongoing CNC router projects. I wonder if anyone can throw any light on
Fanuc motors ? Voltages ? are they DC servo etc or will they be impossible
to drive ? Any info would be of great help
If of any use - the Robots are model S-10-RS-AAUCT
