Hi guys, I was at a local surplus shop and pick up something
interesting and hopefully usefull. It is a Anorad D-SERV-DLM3-5 3 axis
AC servo controller unit. A little more info can be found on this page:
http://www.rockwellautomation.com/anorad/products/servodrives_controls/controls/d-serv.html
I am hoping to use it to drive a gantry style CNC router. Anyone have
any experience with these critters? It seems to be brand new and has
one 25x/50x quadrature multiplier on it. It had encoder/hall feedacks
and a whole slew of I/Os. Connection is between serial port 9600baud.
Can run three motors x 6.5A ea. Paid $50. Is it possible to connect
this to ENC or Some other cam package?
