Whew! These are super-Minertia motors of some flavor. There is
a possibility they are ironless-rotor motors, which have microscopic
rotational inertia, and very low inductance.

I wish the seller let us see a close-up of the Yaskawa label (white)
not the OEM label (silver). That might mean more in terms of
deciphering exactly which series this motor is from.

Those big 'fins' have the exotic magnets in the middle, between the
iron pieces.
