OT - Why does YHOO keep suspending transimmision of messages.

HI Guys;

Completely off topic, but I need to ask if others are having problems
with Yahoo suspending transimssion of messages from this and other
groups? Twice in the last week and a half I've had to reenable
Yahoos sending of group messages, it is a bit frustrating as the flow of
the conversations gets screwed up a bit.

Is this a Yahoo thing or a problem with my internet provider? Yahoo
indicates that the messages bounce but I have not had trouble lith non
Yahoo list servers.
