EMC - BDILive Problem - Help !!

greetings,

i have just created a cd of the BDI-Live from the sherline site and
i am having a problem getting it to run. the cd boots and goes thru
the morphix screens until it hits 100% but then it just goes into a
black screen condition. i have ran it in verbose mode and it seems
to have recognized the graphics and stuff but i'm at a loss. any
help would surely be appreciated
