3ph motor wiring help

I have a 1.5 / 3 hp brook crompton motor that I want to use as an idler motor for a phase converter. there are 6 terminals inside. these are

A2, A3, B2, B3, C2, C3

Can anyone offer any advice on running in at the higher speed
