Knee ball screw - How much should it cost?

Hello,
I'm looking to retrofit my bridgeport clone with a ball screw in the
knee. It's 1.25" dia, 18" length -
Will I need an anti-backlash nut for the knee?
What's the difference between preloaded and non-preloaded nuts?
*ROUGHLY* how much should i be expecting to pay for this screw setup?
($50? $500?)
