The 4 axis foam cutting, programming system for DeskCNC, was released
today. There are a couple of tutorials on the main DeskCNC web site
at: http://www.deskcnc.com

You may also notice in the "News" section that a 2nd generation
DeskCNC controller will be released in August.

The controller is physically smaller and will run at up to 125,000
steps per second, using a serial port. Firmware is remotely
reprogrammable via DeskCNC software. Initial production is scheduled
for next week and we may have one/several running at Iron Fever in
York, PA on August 13-15. There are several other surprises with the
new controller which we will announce at a later time.

This week we released our new DeskCNC servo Kit-3, which bundles
DeskCNC software, controller board and 3 or 4 Servo drivers and Globe
motors with timing belt reducers. The kit includes plug and play
motor cables. We also released our new 28vdc power supply kit with a
160 VA toroidal transformer ($49). We will have 3 or 4 machines
running with these drives and motors at Iron Fever.

The servo motors and kits are at: http://www.cadcamcadcam.com
