OT - belt speed controller

Hello

I'm having an issue with a bandit mill/speed controller. The speed is
controlled by two conical clutches, much like a snowmobile. Problem
is we had to remove the belt to do a repair. We're having trouble
putting the belt back on. Anybody having done this, or having
suggestions, please contact me off list as this is OT for the group.
