Suggest you try reading the Initial Graphic Electronic Specification file
back into Rhino and compare it to the original file section. That will
determine Rhinos output is good and that the data you wrote out was
accurately created from your Rhino model.
Cutting only a thin section - physically cut only that section and/or lay it
over the same scale print of that section - you should be able verify to a
reasonable degree of tolerance.
Alternatively use the service of a Coordinate Machine and compare physical
to electronic model to check your desired tolerance.
