i think i can help you, i hope so!
first of all i think you should have G54 on your line N100
second You should have G01 on your line N104 becouse you have feed which is F12
i think the amount of I & J is correct.
please check G54 and G1 and let me know about it .

Try this, assuming you intended center of circle to be at .4375,.0625
