THC is mostly used for warpage of the sheet while cutting and some
sheets are not perfectly flat, if you can't control the torch head it
can jam or bind and inconsistant torch height will vary your kerf. Not
sure what you mean by water cooling, never heard of doing that with
plasma. For some design ideas check out plasmacam.com, not associated
with them, just use them.
