Look at CNCPro http://www.yeagerautomation.com/ it uses one port for four axis. My setup is very different and uses a custom software for it's application. http://members.home.com/gregsdiversions My system is a hot wire cutting system for making foam parts so it works more like a wire EDM with four axis all controlled from one port. The software runs on windows 95 using a clock interrupt signal to maintain real time.
