Anilam Crusader M questions

Does anyone know whether the Crusader M can be reconfigured for
different glass scale resolutions? i.e. are there variables that can
be changed to change the number of counts that the control expects to
see per inch etc.? I need to replace a deffective scale and I may not
be able to find an exact replacement for my current one. Thanks,
