You need two AND gates and an INVERTER. If you use A & B as input to the AND
gate and C as output from the AND gate then connect 1A and the input of the
INVERTER to the Direction line. Connect the output of the INVERTER to 2A.
Connect 1B and 2B to the step line. Connect 1C to CLOCKWISE and 2C to
COUNTER CLOCKWISE.
