Machine tool reconditioning

Hello, all -

This isn't actually Marcus here, it's (gasp!) his wife. I'm trying to find a
present for Marcus -- a book called Machine Tool Reconditioning by Edward
Connelly. The usual suspects - Amazon et al - don't seem to have it. Does
anyone here know where I might find this book? I'd really appreciate the
help. ( I'm going to check his email every day just before he gets home.)
