I have a further suggestion. At the moment the FAQ isn't an FAQ it
is a selection of handy resources and a bit of a glossary.

It can be a bit like groundhog day with the same questions everyday
and not everyone can manage to download all the messages to use
PGoffline, newcomers might not know that it is worth doing. What I
am thinking is that some of the wiser regulars keep a sort of tally
chart of same old questions and useful facts. Once the topics to be
covered are known then an FAQ can be written for it and you really
can say "go read the FAQ".

Obviously there is still a need for people to go out and wet their
heads by reading as much as they can.
