VyTekRouter setup.

I finally purchased my CNC Router! One step in the right direction. Now I
need some help. I'm having trouble with a few things, if anyone can help it
would be greatly appreciated.

1. I don't know how to "zero" the z-axis with different bits.
2. I can't increase the feed rate to more than about 30% (The steppers lock)

It's an older machine with no documentation with it (go figure). It has
stepper drives and an old model MC3V controller. I'm using EnRoute software on
the PC end.
