What will help clear the chips? I treid slower feeds, but then the chips
burn and smoke, obviously worse. I tried faster and the tool seems to 'swin'
around a bit, causing errors in the cut line.
You might try a bit from a zip router, commonly used in construction in wood
and sheetrock to mount electrical boxes. We have one and the very aggressive
twist cutters clear chips very nicely. They are typically 1/8" diameter.
