Milling-friendly Text Fonts

What fonts work well when milling text?
I would like to make an aluminum name plaque with letters about an
inch or so tall and about .25 inch thick. They would either be
raised above the rest of the surface, or recessed into the surface.
When raised above the surface, the letters should have pockets with
few sharp corners so I don't need a small end mill to clean it out.
The spacing between the letters should be generous, again so a
reasonably sized end mill can navigate the spaces.
For letters that are recessed, the strokes of the letter should be
thick and have rounded ends. Inter-letter spacing is not important.
Note that I am NOT talking about light engraving of the outline of
the letter. This is a full machining of the solid letter.
The CAD/CAM programs I'm using let me use any True Type Font.
Any recommendations?
Thanks
