Anyone have old Mitutoyo Mux-40 manuals?

I need manuals for Model A switchbox (264-054-1) and Model SA
transmitter (264-048). These are members of the old Mux-40 family. The
Mitutoyo America folks don't have datasheets on them any more. Might
any members of this illustrious group have such manuals in your
archives (ie 'piles of stuff in corners').
The switchbox manual might be nothing more than a 1-pager but the
transmitter has it's own protocol so the manual would be a few bits
more substantial (OK, so it was a weak pun, its Monday morning,
sheesh).
I would be delighted to pay for copying and mailing, scanning and
emailing, ballistic delivery, ... just let me know.
Thanks!
