Converting 5v parallel port signal to 12 or 24 vdc

Need a little help with a project...what is the best way to convert 5
volt signals from my parallel port to a 12 or 24 volt signals to use
as inputs to a PLC? My PLC is an A-B SLC150 and will only accept 10-
30 vdc inputs. I'd like to protect the computer with opto-isolation
too. Any black boxes out there doing this?
Thanks.
