I tried to buy a used copy of V18 off Ebay last summer and I called Bobcad about the key. And they said it was not transferable. (big surprise) They said it was like $125.00 for the transfer on one seat. I bought the program, 3 seats , manual and training CD's with 45 days of support for $400.00. Probably get it even cheaper now because it looks like they are phasing it out. It's not even listed on their homepage. And then again if that be the case they may tranfer it for free now. I like their software for the price but, it isn't worth any more than what I paid. Their sales team is overzealous and greedy. If one has V18, the upgrade to 19 is pretty cheap I think. They have V20 out now.

Your license keys are worthless. At install, the program will generate
the first key. This needs to be emailed or called in to Bobcad, and they
will return the 2nd code. The good news is that all they need is
verification from you as current registered owner, that you are
transferring the license to the buyer. At least they were easy going
