small, fast, rigid CNC router

Just ran across this forum and figured you folks could help me...
I would like to buy or make a small but rigid and fast router for
machining aluminum. We use a Komo here are work and it's pretty
slick.
I only need to machine an area of 12"X12"X4" but need to do 3-axis
profile machining and would like to run at 100 inches per minute and
hold tolerances of .003".
What are my options?
