Hmm, 41.6 * 16.6 = 691 W. I don't see how the 800 VA rating can be
supported with that measurement. Now, maybe that test data point isn't
the maximum the transformer can give. But, it is only 86% of the supposed
800 VA. Maybe they are throwing in a big safety factor for non-linear
loads.
Maybe leave space in your setup, or just lash the components together and
see how it runs. If the transformer starts running hot, you could then buy
another.
