New cheap servo amps? on ebay

I may be wrong, but aren't these servo amps. ebay number 7507680385
check there other auctions they have a few others for sale.
FYI these are from ORMEC www.ormec.com the same people whom make westamps.
I have seen a few posts from people asking for specs on the "west
amps" I called with my model number and they sent me a manual and
schematics.
