low cost large format cnc router

Hi all,

I am looking for low cost cnc router - something that is like shopbot
but which uses industrial standard g code. BTW can shopbot be
converted to use g code?

Also, has anyone have any experience, good and bad, with these
relatively lightweight cnc machines? Will love to hear from you.
