Kuala Lumpur (KL) is the capital of Malaysia. My brother-in-law, a Malaysian
citizen, tells me that Malaysia has the highest credit card fraud rate in
the world. Buy anything there with a Visa and you might see charges to your
bill two years later. I never had a problem but maybe I was lucky.

We got pilferred by a cop while we were there in 94.
