Compumotor OEM 670X drives

I bought 4 OEM 670X drives and servo motors with some kind of motion
controllers and a EZCam in a nice case from a company on Ebay and can
not get communications opened from my PC to the OEM drives. I checked
and the computer works on echo back to it's self by crossing the Rx
and the TX lines. Any help out there on this type of equipment?
