What do I need to build a 3 axis CNC Enco benchtop mill

Hello,
I'm trying to come up with a benchtop(Enco) mill setup. My
problem is I'm not the smartest guy in the world when it comes to any
electrical "part". I'd like to use Jeff Davis's plans and the Gecko
G320/G340 motors. Who has kits for the controllers that are easy to
assemble or are prebuilt ready to plug-n-play? I've sent a email to
Camtronics about their unit but I've not received a reply back about
it. What kinda price range am I looking at?
