Rong Fu 31 Mill/Drill Conversion to CNC

I am thinking about buying a Rong Fu 31 and want to convert it to
CNC. I know where to get all electronics and steppers, but I don't
know where or how to upgrade it to zero backlash and mount the
steppers. If anyone has advise I would greatly appreciate it.
