it is not a CAD package, no less CAM. It appears to be a graphics and
modeling
package that could be used as a "back end" for a CAD or maybe even a CAM
package. But, as it stands, it does nothing, as far as I can tell. The
software they
show in the screen shots page are NOT open source, or free.

Of course, if you are ready to write the CAD and CAM packages to run using
Open Cascade, more power to you!
