I would need to know a lot more about your application to advise
on the proper size.
Ballscrews in the 5mm and 5.08/0.2" are pretty widely available from
Hiwin, THK, and others.
If you found a particular high pitch surplus screw that would require
gearing
it might not be worth the trouble...the gears need to be expensive, accurate
low backlash types.
