To whom they may be of use:

I was recently involved in a robotic project where I was designing an
automated machining robot. We had already purchased three of the ballscrew
assemblies for the project when it was cancelled. Needless to say, I don't
seem to have a good use for them. If anyone has a use and is interested in
making me an offer, here are the specifications.

These were all purchased June 1998. they are all unused and in factory
packaging.

1.
A. Star Linear Precision - 1511-2-4500,1312mm Ballscrew assembly with
1512-2-4003 preloaded ballnut (with flange). The ballscrew is 25mm diameter
with 10mm lead. Class 5 accuracy, machined and ready for mounting. (1016
steps/inch with 200 step motor using half step controller).
B. WBK 20-01 fixed square type support bearing (preloaded) with pillow block
and simple far end bearing (no pillow block).
C. 19-AL-GS Rotex Cross-Clamping flex coupling, 0.5" x 0.5" bores.

2.
A. Star Linear Precision - 1511-2-4500,1043mm Ballscrew assembly with
1512-2-4003 preloaded ballnut (with flange). The ballscrew is 25mm diameter
with 10mm lead. Class 5 accuracy, machined and ready for mounting. (1016
steps/inch with 200 step motor using half step controller).
B. WBK 20-01 fixed square type support bearing (preloaded) with pillow block
and simple far end bearing (no pillow block).
C. 19-AL-GS Rotex Cross-Clamping flex coupling, 0.5" x 0.5" bores.

3.
A. Star Linear Precision - 1511-0-1500,283mm Ballscrew assembly with
1512-0-1013 preloaded ballnut (with flange). The ballscrew is 12mm diameter
with 5mm lead. Class 5 accuracy, machined and ready for mounting. (1016
steps/inch with 200 step motor using full step controller).
B. WBK 10-01 fixed square type support bearing (preloaded) with pillow block
and simple far end bearing (no pillow block).
C. 14-AL-GS Rotex Cross-Clamping flex coupling, 0.25" x 8mm bores.

All three of these lead screws are machined, ready for mounting and unused.
They were intended for direct drive of sub. 0.001" resolution application.
All are in original factory packaging. Original Cost was over $3500. If
interested, please make offer to:
