don't know where it went! I set up a fresh RH6.0 install and then ran the
RTLinux2.0 pre-patched upgrade, to achieve 2.2.13 and RTL2.0. I've been
battling the e-stop monster, and I happened to run "more /proc/ioports" and
to my surprise the parallel port wasn't listed. I went into printers in the
control panel and tried to print a test page, and sure enough, it gave me a
"/dev/lp0: no such device" error. Now I know it was working before I
installed RTL, and I know I enabled the Parallel Port on the kernel config.
Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions? Thanks, in advance!
