I used to use StlWork2 and managed through much trial and error
guessing managed to modify the post to facilitate tool changes. The total
lack of documentation was a major hindrance, and as I recall I could only
manage to fit in three gcode lines for the tool change. I can send you my
modified post but really can't explain how it works... it used to take an
hour or so to re-learn the syntax for even the simplest editing changes.
The gcode STILL needed manual editing of half a dozen+ lines including
needing the addition of potentially fatal 'restoring position' lines .
I strongly suggest you look at Meshcam < http://www.meshcam.com/ >.
Same price range, excellent documentation on a very flexible post, and on
going development of beta ver. 2 ( meshcam@yahoogroups.com and even the
beta has not yet caused any real problems for my production work)
Even discounting the fact that user "wants and suggestions" are routinely
added it offers far more features and power.

PS My financial involvement with both companies equal and is limited to a
single copy of their program.-
