Inexpensive Analog Servo Drives

I have two blown servo drives in my lathe. Rated at 120 Volt and 25 amp.
replacement is +- US$ 1000 each. Anyone know of a lowercost
alternative ? I have some Geckos drives but they are digital and won't
work.
