Maybe those servo-motors are basically running at much higher RPM than
steppers normally operate, and they are using a (planetary?) gear-box between
the motors and the screw??? Even a 100 oz-in stepper is kinda smallish for
CNC machinery. Cept, maybe, for the smallest 3" Sherline lathe, or smaller.
