High speed spindle

I saw these high speed spindles (actually hand tools) at a CNC machine show
last year. What impressed me about them was that they were extremely quite
and powerful. The demostrator was cutting through a brake rotor with the
tool. These cost about $150. They also make tools specifically designed as
spindles for about $400.
