HI, i stripped a 1kw ups yesterday. along with a nice transformer for cnc work i also salvaged (16) RFP40N10
fet's....RDS-on at 4 volts, perfect for being driven by ttl circuits such as stepper drivers..enough fet's for 4 drives! cul brian f.
