3" x 1.5" x 0.18" deep? The Taig can certainly handle that in aluminum.
Now "relief carving", I assume that means full 3D contouring? That can
be slow on the Taig, I just ran a program that had 240000 lines for a
1.25x1.25x.1875 contoured shape and it took hours and hours
