Force = oz in X 6.28X 5 TPI X 2X.9/16 So if you want about 300 lbs of force
then F= 84 oz in continuous torque. Since most pmdc motors are rated by
their peak torque you would probably want around 600 oz in motor.
I can probably get you a Nema34 framed motor with encoder for a resonable
price. Contact me off line.
