parallel port card

Can someone please recommend a PCI parallel port that works for cnc.
When I was using ISA cards, went through 4 of them, before I finally
got one with enough umph to run the machine.
Which chipsets work?
Thinking about trying Jameco Electronics part# 344874CH.
I have used several onboard motherboard ports, and almost all have
worked. Don't like to do that though......
